Barber Riddle Answer & Bonus Joke

A tourist is in a small Italian village in the Alps. He decides that he would like a haircut and discovers that there are only 2 barbers in this small village. The one barber is immaculate in appearance and his barber shop is spotless. The other barber looks unkempt, is unshaven, hair in disarray and his shop looks like it has seen better days.
Both barber shops are open and both charge 10 Euros. The tourist doesn't think about it long and decides to get a cut at the untidy barber. Why?

If there are only 2 barbers in town, then the well groomed barber must have his hair cut by the untidy barber.

Barber Jokes:

I went to my barber this afternoon and I couldn't help noticing that he had dirty hands so I asked him about it.
He said, "I can't help it, nobody has asked for a shampoo today."

A man walks into the barber shop with a little boy, asks the barber for the full treatment, shave, shampoo, cut and blow dry.
When it comes to the boy's turn the man says, "You wait for me here while I go and get some groceries."
2 hours later the man has still not returned, and the barber says, "Son, you don't need to worry I'm sure your dad will be back soon."
The little boy answers, "He's not my dad, I met him on the street and he said, "How'd you like a free cut," and he brought me here.
