He didn't want to tell anyone where he was going, or he would be bothered all the time, but he also didn't want people to panic. He decided to leave a coded message which was just difficult enought to keep them guessing whaile he made his getaway. Can you work out Count Cash's message? The code is just a bit muddled.

7) A tourist is in a small Italian village in the Alps. He decides that he would like a haircut and discovers that there are only 2 barbers in this small village. The one barber is immaculate in appearance and his barber shop is spotless. The other barber looks unkempt, is unshaven, hair in disarray and his shop looks like it has seen better days.
Both barber shops are open and both charge 10 Euros. The tourist doesn't think about it long and decides to get a cut at the untidy barber. Why?

6) Two cowboys can't agree about whose prized horse is the better. To resolve this they decide to have a race. But this is no ordinary race, the winner must arrive last! Obviously when race begins neither decides to advance. Assuming that the conditions of the race never changed, what did they decide to do?
